This platter contains:
- 1.5kg whole cooked prawns
- 24 x 1/2 shell oysters
- 2 x 100g smoked salmon strips
- 250g Takitimu Seafood Salad
- 100g Cooked Crawfish Tails
- 375g marinated mussels
- 250gm marinated rawfish salad
- 2 x cooked morton bay bugs
Please note: This platter will require assembly. The contents of the platter will be packaged separately into a polystyrene bin. This prevents disappointment as the made up platters do not transport well.
Dishes, sauces and garnishes are not included.
