Can you ship to my address?

We ship all around New Zealand. All urban/residential addressed orders are sent on the overnight courier service.

Please note the rural delivery target window is from 24 - 48 hours, but rest assured any rural orders will be adequately iced and packaged to ensure it is in tip top shape on delivery.

In cases where rural delivery will encounter any issues or is not suitable, our team will advise whether a courier drop-off point is the better option. These locations are dotted around the country. You can find them here.

When will I receive my order?

All our seafood is sent on an overnight courier service in which target delivery time is within 24 hours or before the end of the following day and all orders are packaged in insulated polystyrene bins with adequate ice for each order to keep it cool.

Please be aware, when we are affected by delays due to high order volume periods that means we have held your order back BEFORE it gets processed or packed. Despite delays, all orders are still sent on an overnight service. Not sitting on board a courier or at a courier depot for days.

Once your order has been dispatched from our factory you will receive your tracking details via email once the courier picks up your parcel.

How does it work?

We are a Fishing company based in Napier, New Zealand. Our factory is located only a stones throw away from the wharf. We land fresh fish daily and have a large range of quality frozen product available. All products and species listed on the website is readily available and stock levels are adjusted around the clock by our team.

1. You place your order with us via our website.

2. Your order is cut, processed and packed to order

3. Your order is collected by the courier and sent on overnight courier service

4. You receive your order the following day

Can you give me an update on my order?

If you would like an update on your order status, please contact our Online Sales Team by phone. They can look into this for you and advise of your order status.

You should receive your tracking details for your order once your order has been collected and scanned by our courier pick up driver.

What products do you stock?

We update our fresh stock around the clock as the fresh fish rolls in, therefore the fresh fish availability changes daily depending on fishing conditions. We also stock a large range of quality seafood products from leading brands from around the world. If you are after something we haven't got in stock, contact us and we can look into getting this in for you.
